Vitamin E As A Hair Oil - I am going to be honest, I use it as a scalp moisturizer. It's keeps my scalp from being dry. I don't know if it will help grow your hair. When I use Vitamin E as a hair oil, it just like using any other scalp oil. It generally keeps my scalp moisturize for several days then I will have to reapply it. I work out often so I wash my hair at least once a week. By the time my hair is getting dry, it's time for me to wash it again.
